Template List

Follow these steps to access a categorized list of your templates:

1. Navigate to the board you are working in
2. Open any item/subitem
3. Find and click on Smart Templates view
4. The list of all saved templates will be displayed

All the templates are saved and separated into 3 main big groups:

• Group Templates: may contain templates that have a combination of
  • group/groups, item/items and subitems/subitems;
  • group/groups and item/items without subitems;
• Item Templates: may contain templates that have a combination of
  • item/items with subitems/subitems;
  • only item/items without subitems;
• Subitem Templates: may contain templates that have combination of
  • only subitem/subitems.

Note: The templates you’ve saved are available across all boards.
