Subitems templates

Follow these steps if you want to save subitems as templates:

Save a subitem only

• Click on the subitem you want to save.
• Open Smart Templates view.
• Fill in Template’s name in the Save as template field.
• Click on ꜜ next to the Save button > Select Subitem only or just click the Save button.

• The template will be added to the list on the Smart Templates view.
• You can see how many subitems are in the saved template.

Save all subitems of current item

• Click on the subitem.
• Open Smart Templates view.
• Fill in Template name for Save as template.
• Click on ꜜ next to the Save button > Select the All subitems of current item option.

• The new template will be added to the list on the Smart Templates view.
