Items templates

Follow these steps if you want to save items as templates:

Save several items or items with subitems

• Click on the checkboxes for the items you want to save.
• Select Apps from the multi-item menu on the bottom of the screen > Save as Smart Template.

• In the pop-up, fill in Template’s name.
• Click Create Smart Template.

• It will be added to the list on the Smart templates view.
• You can see how many items/subitems are in the saved template.

Save only one item

• Click on the item you want to save.
• Open the Smart Templates view.
• Fill in Template name in the Save as template field.
• Click the Save button.

• It will be added to the list on the Smart Templates view.

Save an item with subitems

• Click on the item with subitems you want to save.
• Open Smart Templates view.
• Fill in Template’s name in the Save as template field.
• Click on ꜜnext to the Save button > Select the Item with subitems option or just click Save button.

• It will be added to the list on the Smart Templates view.

Save subitems of current item only

• Click on the item with subitems.
• Open the Smart Templates view.
• Fill in the Template’s name in the Save as template field.
• Click on ꜜ next to the Save button > Select the Subitems of current item option.

• The new template will be added to the list on the Smart Templates view.
